Job Title: Service Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Manager to oversee and optimize the delivery of Service Desk operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, project management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis of the IT environment to identify the appropriate sets of skills, training, and experience needed to support Service Desk operations.
  • Provide engineering recommendations, install, operate, maintain, replace, and manage the Service Desk equipment needed to support operational requirements.
  • Create and maintain a continuous improvement program that improves delivery for all services defined under Service Desk.
  • Provide recommendations of functional and technical requirements for new Service Desk projects.
  • Manage efforts using formal project management tools, IT Service Management methodologies, and standards.
Requirements:
  • 15 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or relevant field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Agile and ITIL 4+ Foundation Certificate
  • Technical, Project and Operation Management of service desk operations and Asset Management
  • Experience managing a team responsible for addressing tickets in ServiceNow preferred
