Key Responsibilities:- Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as needed.
- Examine, audit, and reconcile all financial documentation, including room charges, cash drawer transactions, credit card activities, final billing, and occupancy statistics.
- Manage housekeeping, security, and service requests, address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and carry out other front desk responsibilities as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and department leaders.
- Deliver outstanding service to all guests throughout their stay.
- High school diploma or equivalent is essential; some college education is preferred.
- Must have a flexible schedule that accommodates overnight shifts.
- Experience in the hospitality sector or guest services is advantageous, though not essential.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in computer use is required; familiarity with accounting or reservation software is a plus.
