We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Spring Valley Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Oversee and guide employees under your supervision.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course or equivalent.
- BSN preferred.
- One year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Current ACLS Certification (adult patients), current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $53.48 / Hourly - $58.01 / Hourly
