Position: Prep Cook

Location: Huntsville, AL

Employment Type: Part-Time

As a Prep Cook at Stars and Strikes, you will play a crucial role in preparing a diverse range of delicious dishes from our extensive restaurant and catering menus. Our kitchen team takes pride in delivering high-quality menu items in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in guest service is advantageous
  • Possess a friendly and professional attitude

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work on weekends

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all ingredients to ensure our line cooks can perform at their best
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, food prep areas, and storage spaces according to restaurant standards
  • Monitor the freshness of products and rotate stock based on guidelines from the Kitchen Manager
