Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients regarding their legal matters
  • Evaluate cases related to discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, wage disputes, and wrongful termination
  • Efficiently manage the claims process and litigation
  • Engage in settlement negotiations
  • Maintain consistent communication with team members to coordinate client meetings and discussions
  • Draft essential legal documents, including claims notices and EEOC filings
  • Work alongside EEOC investigators to present evidence and support for cases

Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctorate is required for this position
  • The ideal candidate should be licensed to practice law, awaiting bar exam results, or preparing for the upcoming bar examination
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Empathy towards clients is a critical attribute
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for multitasking are necessary
