Staff Services Analyst

The Employment Development Department, Document Management Division is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Staff Services Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, direction, and oversight of our mail operations program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and monitoring the Department's mail related budget.
- Work directly with various Employment Development Department (EDD) departmental programs, other state agencies, outside vendors and contractors, and the United States Postal Service on mail related issues and postage matters.
- Assist with and provide input for Division and Branch level assignments.
- Review, analyze, research, and track more complex data.
- Participate in work groups to resolve problems or implement new procedures.
Working Conditions:
This position is located at 3704 Parkway Place, West Sacramento, CA. Group business hours are 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. Travel may be required to other Document Management Division offices located in Natomas and Sacramento, as well as the Sacramento Central Office.
