We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical team in Franklin, Tennessee. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the healthcare team at Williamson Health.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with patients and businesses to coordinate clinical information, test scheduling, and referrals.
- Assess patients, perform office procedures, and maintain adequate supplies.
- Provide immunizations, injections, and counsel patients on health-related issues.

What We Offer:- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
