Speech Pathologist Job Description

At Current USA, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Children's Day Program. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities in an ungraded classroom setting, providing speech and language therapy according to mandated paperwork and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Complete required documentation for services as outlined by Federal, State, and County Regulations
  • Maintain documentation in a professional, efficient, accountable, and confidential manner
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
  • NYSED licensure in Speech/Language Pathology
  • TSHH/TSSLD certification
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Work Environment:

Our school programs operate on a 12-month calendar and include 9 weeks of scheduled vacation during the year. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge working in a classroom setting and using ABA.
