The Role

This role requires a skilled Dental Hygienist who can deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient
  • Providing direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures under the general supervision of a dentist
  • Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history
  • Guiding parents and patients through our entire treatment process
  • Taking x-rays and saving into patient charts when necessary
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • Experience is great, but not always required

  • A competitive salary: $50-$54/hour (negotiable based on experience)
  • Production pay: Additional $3-$5/hour (or more)
  • An optional sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 (full-time) or $5,000 (part-time)
