Position Overview:
The Pet Care Manager will oversee the Pet Care Services team, ensuring exceptional service and care for our canine clientele while upholding quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a skilled Pet Care Team to deliver high-quality care for dogs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a daycare and boarding facility, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
- Availability to work during major holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical movements including kneeling and bending.
- Frequent use of arms and wrists; repetitive grasping.
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and pull up to 140 pounds.
- Capacity to remain on feet and walk for extended periods.
