Nurse RN-Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a Primary Care RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Active RN license and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system and experience working with geriatric populations.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with patient triage and computer competency.
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment, with a positive outlook and strong sense of advocacy.
