This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain reporting frameworks for project control tasks.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation of changes, and financial oversight for projects.
  • Engage in complex projects with budgets ranging from $100 million to over $500 million.
  • Collaborate with diverse project teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in project controls scheduling, or 11 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Expertise in Primavera (P6) and principles of project control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead schedule review meetings and work autonomously.

Preferred Skills:

  • A Master's degree or certification in project management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with software tools including MS Office Suite, Primavera, and risk management applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera (P6) is essential.

Additional Information:

Personal protective equipment is necessary for site visits, with specific safety gear required.

Quarterly site visits are mandatory for Project Controls Specialists.

This role is structured as a contract position.
