Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our team at Premier Dental Associates/Monokian Dentistry. As a General Dentist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, provide high-quality patient care, and grow your skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program.
  • Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state of New Jersey.
  • Experience with Spear Education and a strong commitment to ongoing education and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
