Customer Service Representative

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Retail Branch organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high-volume customer banking transactions, and educate customers on new technology and banking product referral opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
- Process a variety of customer interactions, including banking transactions and product referrals.
- Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary, but a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
