Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at PNC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate and efficient banking transactions, educating customers on new technology, and developing banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, including banking transactions and product referrals.
  • Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and make appropriate referrals to branch staff or PNC ecosystem partners.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
