Senior Concrete Specialist

Crookham Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Concrete Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily activities of concrete construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

• Supervise and direct concrete construction crews, including concrete workers, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Plan and schedule daily activities, including concrete pours, formwork installation, reinforcement placement, and finishing operations.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans to effectively organize and execute work tasks.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
