Concrete Construction Supervisor

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 per year.

The Senior Concrete Specialist will oversee and coordinate daily activities of concrete construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. This role involves supervising and directing concrete construction crews, planning and scheduling daily activities, interpreting construction drawings and specifications, monitoring work progress and productivity, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients.

• Supervise and direct concrete construction crews to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Plan and schedule daily activities, including concrete pours, formwork installation, reinforcement placement, and finishing operations.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans to effectively organize and execute work tasks.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate project status, address issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in concrete construction or supervision is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry, with a strong background in concrete placement and finishing.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations related to concrete construction.
• Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
