We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN to join our team as a Charge Nurse/Care Team Leader on our 4th floor Inpatient Medical Surgical unit. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the overall success of our unit.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and patient safety.
- Lead a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement unit-based initiatives, improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Optimize patient and staff outcomes through resource utilization and distribution of patient care assignments.

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in an inpatient unit, with a focus on medical surgical care.
