Position Overview:
The Audit Supervisor will take the lead in conducting thorough evaluations during intricate audit processes across various Lines of Business (LOBs).

This role is integral to ensuring compliance with consumer regulations and enhancing the overall control environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement audit strategies through risk-focused assessments, defining the scope of audits, and crafting comprehensive audit programs while utilizing automation and innovative techniques.
  • Leverage product, business, and technical knowledge to challenge management practices and enhance the control framework.
  • Evaluate the implications on business operations, controls, and strategies, providing insightful recommendations on severity ratings.
  • Contribute to the preparation of audit reports and effectively communicate findings to leadership.
  • Facilitate the development of peers and team members through hands-on training, promoting a culture of inclusivity.
  • Build strong relationships with line management to deepen business acumen.
  • Employ innovative tools to conduct audit tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Business Controls, or related disciplines.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to articulate a well-informed perspective.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A genuine desire to learn and mentor others, coupled with a positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Professional Certification in Compliance or Audit (e.g., CRCM, CIA) is preferred.
