Business Leader for Retail Operations

We are seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve established standards, sales, and profit objectives, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, driving sales, and maintaining effective vendor relationships. Additionally, they will be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve established standards, sales, and profit objectives
• Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets
• Maintain effective vendor relationships to optimize inventory management and reduce costs
• Conduct regular meetings with subordinate employees to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals

• 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
