About the Position

ECPI University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communications Faculty Member to join our team. As a Communications Professor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our Communications program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective instructional content to students in our Communications program.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in Communications.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum.
  • Participate in departmental and university-wide initiatives and committees.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Communications or a related field from a regionally accredited educational institution.
  • 3-5 years of practical work experience in Communications or a related field.
  • 2 years of teaching or presentation experience preferred.
  • Strong academic and professional record.
  • Strong active-learning skills for effective instruction.
  • Experience in a student-centric and hands-on learning environment.
  • The highest levels of integrity at all times.
  • Orientation toward results.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
