We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services. As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, creating effective treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote functional independence.
Our ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field, preferably with a Doctorate degree. Experience working with EMR software is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
