Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing reservations, and coordinating guest services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests, including processing payments and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Reservation Management: Process all incoming and outgoing reservation requests in a timely manner, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue.
  • Guest Services: Coordinate guest services, including room assignments, special requests, and amenities.
  • Communication: Provide excellent communication skills, responding promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Accounting and Cash Handling: Handle departmental accounting, including cash handling, guest accounts, and other forms of credit.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous hotel front office experience preferred, but not required. Ability to learn and adapt to our systems and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
