Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trip Leader. As a Trip Leader, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of youth on a summer program, providing guidance and support to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and implement program activities and events that promote faith, leadership, and personal growth.
  • Build strong relationships with youth and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Collaborate with program staff to plan and execute program logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and meals.
  • Ensure compliance with program policies and procedures, including safety protocols and risk management.
Requirements
  • Strong testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a life that consistently reflects that belief.
  • Proven ability to inspire and help youth develop greater faith in Jesus Christ.
  • Confidence in who you are and your ability to impact lives for good.
  • Previous international experience (beyond a mission).
  • Experience working with youth and a strong desire to continue.
  • Very successful academic and/or professional history.
  • 21 to 30 years of age.
  • Proven ability to stay composed while handling high-stress situations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Clear, discernible capacity to love.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, and dependable.
  • Served a full-time mission (recommended, not required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Attend Trip Leader Training (TLT) prior to the program.
  • Able to commit to 45 hours of preparation during the year leading up to the program.
  • Able to commit four consecutive weeks during the program.
  • A current temple recommend.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
