Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor/Lifeguard to join our team at SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville (Triangle). As a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and skill levels in a fun and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, following the Streamline Brands curriculum.
  • Provide positive and constructive feedback to students and parents on their progress and swimming techniques.
  • Ensure the safety of all swimmers by maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students and groups.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard is preferred, but not required.
  • WSI certification is preferred, but we will provide training and support to help you obtain certification.
  • Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant certification is preferred, but we will help you obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience teaching swimmers with special needs.
