Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at SafeSplash + SwimLabs Morrisville (Triangle). As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and skill levels in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Provide positive and constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Ensure the safety of students at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous swim instruction experience preferred
  • WSI certification preferred
  • Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant certification preferred
  • Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs
