Job Title: Commercial Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Laborer to join our team at Harper Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing physical labor on commercial construction projects, including roadway construction, heavy civil construction, and general construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, drilling, and preparing sites.
  • Load and unload materials, perform traffic control, and assist with equipment operation.
  • Build or dismantle bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
  • Assist with concrete placement, pouring, leveling, and finishing.
  • Use hand tools and equipment to perform various tasks.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience working on commercial construction projects.
  • Concrete expertise and experience setting forms and grading concrete is highly valued.
  • Previous highway work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to use tools of the trade and operate machinery.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and interpersonal skills.
