Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our residents while preparing and serving meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of the dining room.
  • Perform short-order cooking and various prep tasks in the kitchen.
  • Foster an environment of hospitality and respect for residents.

Requirements:
  • Entry-level position with on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
