Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through building owners, contractors, managers, ect for all verticals performed by NESS
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Initiate and help to maintain customer maintenance programs to keep their properties code compliant
  • Estimate job cost and budgeting
  • Assist with system design and layout
  • Generate and present detailed, professional proposals to customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Professional understanding of all applicable codes and regulations for the scope of work needed
  • Track all sales activities through the company’s operations software
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, ServiceTrade, and QuickBooks a plus
  • Knowledge of Life Safety industry
  • Ability to Multi Task
  • Advanced Customer Service Skills
