About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes inventory management, along with the receipt, storage, retrieval, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. This role also aids in organizing shipment loading and transferring and maintains records by entering data into the inventory system. This position will be accountable for adhering to company and site-specific safety policies.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct administrative activities related to warehouse operations and the prevention of inventory loss, including performing cycle counts.
  • Ensure that merchandise is received and stored efficiently and economically; maintain required records in accordance with company policy.
  • Train and ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations, including SOPs, Work Flows, and WMS/ERP system processes.
  • Prepare shipments of materials in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, using hands to handle objects, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing; and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Experience in the vinyl wrap industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Office and Inventory Management software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
