Stringed Instrument Repair Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Stringed Instrument Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services to customer-owned instruments, while also contributing to the overall growth and success of our store.
About the Role:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and provide expert advice on instrument care and maintenance
- Service customer-owned instruments with exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring high-quality repairs that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested, to ensure optimal performance and extend product lifespan
- Complete warranty repair work in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars, including fretwork, setup, and finish repairs
- Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products, including current models and features
