About Us

As a Repair Tech (Guitar) at Guitar Center, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory, continually building and increasing business through great customer experience and quality work.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $16.00/hr to $24.00/hr, with additional compensation based on background and experience. This pay range reflects the competitive market rate for similar positions in the area.

Job Description
  • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
Requirements

Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is essential for this role. Additionally, foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products is preferred.
