The Nursing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical performance of teams within Memory Care, ensuring that clinical care is delivered at the highest possible standard through the Erickson Person-Centered Approach model.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to state, local, and organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
Provide clinical oversight and care coordination for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, which includes medication management, pain control, wound care, nutritional support, and respiratory care.
Collaborate with the Assisted Living Manager to conduct resident pre-screening/admission, re-admission, and ongoing assessments for significant changes in condition. Ensure that clinical assessments reflect residents' preferences, goals, and individualized care needs.
Maintain and update residents' individualized service plans in collaboration with other team members, including Assisted Living Managers, care associates, and therapists. Coordinate and monitor external support services such as hospice, therapy, and home health, ensuring that treatment plans are integrated into residents' individualized service plans in compliance with state and local regulations.
Analyze and track clinical quality metrics within Assisted Living and Memory Care, focusing on areas such as wound care, infection control, fall risk reduction, pain management, weight loss, and dehydration. Develop and implement corrective action plans based on identified concerns and evaluate the effectiveness of these plans.
Actively participate in various care meetings, including Operations Meetings, Service Plan Meetings, Family Meetings, and Performance Improvement/Risk Management/Safety (PI/RM/S) Committee.Compensation:
Starting salary of $90,000/year.
Salary is commensurate with experience. A sign-on bonus of $8,000 is available.

Current RN license in the state of operation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse is required.
Management experience in a Home Health, Assisted Living, or Memory Care licensed environment is preferred.
Familiarity and comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
