We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operating Room Specialty Technician to join our team at Methodist Southlake Medical Center. As a key member of our OR team, you will provide essential support services to our surgical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide peri-operative support services to the OR team, including maintaining proper care and storage of supplies, instruments, and equipment.
  • Record and maintain required documentation for fluid warmers, autoclaves, and room temperature as directed by the OR Manager.
  • Communicate clearly and openly with the OR team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment and contribute to a positive patient experience.
  • Be accountable for your performance and take initiative for your professional growth.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent.
