Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our team at Perimeter Healthcare. As a Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in facilitating group sessions with adolescents, promoting their mental health and well-being, and empowering them to reach their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour as needed.
  • Foster client engagement and group cohesion throughout the session, encouraging client participation and fostering a camera-on culture.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans, ensuring a safe and non-stigmatizing environment for client members.
  • Provide 1-1 support to members as necessary, including support with understanding letters, CV writing, and personal issues.
  • Monitor treatment documentation to ensure all notes are completed within the required 24-hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards.
  • Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Master's degree (MA/MS) in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of related experience in an inpatient setting with psychiatric experience preferred.
  • Licensed Tennessee LAC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred. Able to consider someone with a reciprocity license from another state.
  • Weekend availability.
