Job Title: BCaBA, School Services

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team as a School Services BCaBA. As a BCaBA, you will play a critical role in providing applied behavior analysis consultation, evaluation, and direct therapy services to clients in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including behavioral skills training and data collection.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of ABA services into the client's educational program.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans to address challenging behaviors.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA practices and the BACB Ethical Code.
  • Valid CPR certification and other medical training requirements as specified by payors.
