Silverado Resort and Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience at our resort.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to our resort's high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Follow all state liquor laws and regulations, as well as our resort's policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification.
- Previous experience in bartending, preferably in a high-volume resort setting.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to work long hours and lift up to 50 pounds. You must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time and be able to bend, stoop, or reach as needed.
