Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with SharePoint and Power BI.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with users to define requirements and build out user stories and use cases for an enterprise system.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT support roles in a Microsoft environment troubleshooting PC and LAN related issues.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of working independently and as a technical lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and understanding agency case management data for effective visualization and analysis.
  • Collaborating with data stewards and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes through the implementation of a business intelligence database.
  • Ensuring data security and compliance meets with District policy.
  • Analyzing information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by OHR staff.
  • Leveraging MS Power BI for an active enterprise-wide case management data migration effort.
  • Designing and developing MS Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders' needs and integrating the reports in agency applications including the OHR Case Management System (CMS) and SharePoint.
  • Providing training and support to end users on using MS Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest MS Power BI and SharePoint features and trends.

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related field or equivalent experience
