Job Title: Clinical Dietitian
About the Job:

At Baystate Health, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a key role in our interdisciplinary care teams, utilizing your clinical expertise to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct accurate age-appropriate clinical assessments, identify and prioritize nutrition diagnosis, and develop, implement, and evaluate the patient's individualized care plan
* Manage parenteral nutrition and enter orders in the EMR in collaboration with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members
* Develop and provide effective therapeutic diet education to patients/families utilizing appropriate resources and teaching methods
* Document assessments, interventions, and monitoring/evaluation according to policy

Requirements:

* Registered Dietitian- Commission on Dietetic Registration
* Licensed Dietitian- Commonwealth of MA
* Education: BS in Nutrition or related subject
* 1 year of experience in a pertinent area of clinical nutrition, or proven competency after successful onboarding to meet level 2 practice
