We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Development Specialist to join our team at StretchLab

Job Overview

This role involves working closely with our clients to identify and achieve their fitness goals, developing personalized workout plans, and providing expert guidance on nutrition, stress management, and overall well-being.

As a Personal Development Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client goals and develop tailored workout plans
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance on exercise technique, nutrition, and stress management
  • Lead group fitness classes and workshops focused on mindfulness, self-care, and holistic wellness
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver new programs and services

Requirements:

  • Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.) or related degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience
