Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming internet inquiries and phone leads
  • Respond to emails in a professional and articulate manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, offering industry insights and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Understand the psychology of online customers and work with them to schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including online materials
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented mindset with a desire for improvement
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and closing ratios
  • Valid driver's license
