**Responsibilities:**

* Drive sales by maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
* Ensure customer satisfaction by processing orders efficiently and accurately
* Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Merchandise products effectively to meet customer needs
* Build product knowledge to provide excellent customer service
* Move and unload furniture, home decor, and clothing
* Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and friendly store environment

**Working Conditions:**

* Lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably
* Spend entire shift on feet
* Assemble furniture as needed

**Qualifications and Education Requirements:**

* Flexible hours, including nights and weekends
* Saturday availability is required
* Strong work ethic and willingness to interact with team members
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently
* Knowledge and use of basic tools
* Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

**Preferred Skills:**

* Warehouse and/or furniture experience
* Minor carpentry skills
* Lift truck experience
