Telecom Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and execute project plans to support the organization's long-term strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with project deliverables, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop response plans to resolve issues.
  • Supervise staff to ensure accurate, ethical, and consistent execution of projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in telecom construction or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software and Geographic Information Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
