Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive prenatal and reproductive health care services to patients, including gender affirming hormone therapy, family planning, and abortion services.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Provide clinical input and contribution to the revision and implementation of clinical policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Participate in the planning and evaluation of health services and programs.
- Current NYS license as a PA, NP, DO, or MD; national certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in gender affirming care.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse staff and clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to maintain a professional commitment to representing the philosophy and goals of Planned Parenthood.
