Job Description:

At Walgreens, we're committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in our pharmacy team, working closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
  • Operate pharmacy systems and equipment, including cash registers and inventory management software
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
