Geisinger Health System is seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team in Northeastern Pennsylvania. As a Urologist at Geisinger, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and participate in clinical research and education.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage benign and malignant medical and surgical disorders of the genitourinary system and the adrenal glands
- Perform endoscopic, percutaneous, and open surgery of congenital and acquired conditions of the urinary and reproductive systems and their contiguous structures
- Collaborate with a team of Advanced Practitioners for clinic and on-call responsibilities
- Participate in clinical research and teach residents from our fully accredited urology program
- Eligibility for certification by the American Board of Urology
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and resident and medical student education
- Highly competitive salary model linked to value-based care
- Shared weekend call with partial AP/resident support
- Opportunity for an academic appointment through Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine
