Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team at AMR. As an EMT-Basic, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality medical care and treatment to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' conditions and provide necessary care and treatment using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
  • Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
  • Operate an ambulance safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety policies and traffic laws.
  • Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel to provide excellent patient care.
  • Participate in community programs to maintain AMR's image and establish strong community relations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • State Driver's License
  • National or State EMT-Basic certification
  • CPR/BLS certifications
  • Driving record in compliance with company policy
  • Pass Physical Agility Test
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
