Job Description

Moyer Indoor Outdoor has a leadership opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead our Pool and Spa Service Division. We are seeking an experienced manager who can sustain and grow our Pool and Spa Service Division, which is one of six home services provided by Moyer Indoor Outdoor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Pool Division, including staffing, purchasing, and customer service.
  • Understand the financial Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and report monthly on progress to budget.
  • Be the escalation point for customer issues.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop new marketing materials and promote business in targeted areas of growth.
  • Partner with Moyer's other divisions to offer bundled services to customers.
  • Lead the sales efforts for custom pool covers.
  • Promote safety in all areas of the division.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the Pool Service business.
  • At least 3 years of management or leadership experience.
  • Understanding of financial documents and budgeting.
  • Outstanding customer service mindset.
  • Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
