Job Title: Aquatics Manager

Job Summary:

Bennington Pool Services is seeking an experienced Aquatics Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lifeguard staff, scheduling, and ensuring the overall safety and cleanliness of our pools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and train lifeguard staff, including scheduling and timecard approval
• Ensure the pools are maintained to high standards, including chemical levels and equipment checks
• Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to ensure a positive experience

Requirements:

• Active lifeguard certification and experience in pool management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office applications
