Job Title: Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales results within our call center and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees to ensure calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coach employees to reach desired sales goals and targets, while navigating through pivots, objections, and rebuttals.
  • Monitor employee performance to ensure all goals are achieved.
  • Take corrective action and counsel employees on performance, attendance, and other areas of improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance and sales reports.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to develop contests and employee recognition programs to spur healthy competition and a positive service atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of telephone call center systems.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing individuals in a sales environment.
  • Solid multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work analytically to identify qualitative or quantitative trends and take appropriate action.
  • Effective problem solver.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience, including direct coaching and counseling.
  • Demonstrated experience handling escalated callers, service issues, and employee conflicts.
  • Bilingual/English/Spanish (or) English/Russian (or) English/Greek is a plus.
